FIRST OFFENDER PROGRAM:

Goal

Introduce attendees to the dangers of driving under the influence. This is accomplished though current traffic education and personal evaluation guided by a licensed alcohol & drug instructor.

Objectives

♦ Explore the impact alcohol and other drugs have on an individual’s driving behavior and skills

♦ Provide attendees with the necessary tools to avoid future drinking and driving behavior

♦ Encourage a lifestyle free of Alcohol & Drug use.

MULTIPLE OFFENDER PROGRAM:

Goal

Work with attendees to address continued at risk behavior and also familiarize themselves with the stages addiction. Escalating consequences are presented to the attendee to assist their personal development.

Objectives

♦ The rehabilitation of attendees who have been convicted of Multiple DUI’s through knowledge and self

evaluation

♦ To help refer and guide attendees through the recovery process when needed

♦ To establish a positive exit strategy aimed towards the personal development of the attendee

Consumer Base

Courts, Probation Officers and Prosecutors may use these programs to fulfill local mandates or state law requirements involving the above offenses
